Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your artwork or print, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at MarieMcInerneyArts@gmail.com.

Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty upon arrival.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or sent in error.

To start a return:

Email us at MarieMcInerneyArts@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant photos (if applicable). Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
